Most remodeling companies specialise narrowly and subcontract the rest, which is how a single project ends up with four companies, four schedules and nobody who owns the result. We run the whole scope ourselves, so the person who priced your job is the person accountable for it.

That matters most where trades meet. The tile has to land on a floor somebody else levelled, the vanity has to meet plumbing somebody else moved, and the trim has to close a gap somebody else framed. Those seams are where remodels go wrong, and they are the reason we keep the work in house.

We walk the house first, then put a fixed number in writing against a fixed scope. We do not price a remodel over the phone, because the parts that change a price are the parts you cannot see from a description.
